This scholarship is awarded to students seeking a Comprehensive Higher Education Certificate at UCCS and are enrolled through the Office of Inclusive Services (OIS).
You will need to create a video for this application responding to one of the following prompts. Please upload your video to YouTube (set to Unlisted). Please have the video ready before you start your application! You'll need to share the URL for the video in the application.

Choice #1: Describe your career goals and how you plan to use your education to achieve these goals. How did you decide this is the career path you intend to pursue? You are encouraged to create a video that grabs the viewer's attention by being creative and sharing details. Students who are unsure of their precise career path are encouraged to share about two possible careers they will explore while attending college.
Choice #2: Discuss something unique about yourself. You can talk about something that sets you apart and how you feel this quality will help you be successful.
