Day in the Life of a Student Living on Campus

Here is a sample of what a day might look like for a student living on campus: 

  • Meet with a mentor in the library to prepare for class
  • Attend class with support if needed
  • Take the campus shuttle to the recreation center for swimming
  • Meet up with friends for lunch
  • Work with a mentor on classwork
  • Have dinner at the Roaring Fork Dining Hall
  • Attend a club event

Day in the Life of a Student Living Off Campus

Here is a sample of what a day might look like for a student living off campus:

  • Arrive on campus via parents, Uber, Metro Mobility, or other transportation. The OIS does not provide transportation to or from campus
  • Meet with a mentor in the library to prepare for class
  • Attend class with support if needed
  • Take the campus shuttle to the recreation center for a cooking class
  • Meet up with friends for lunch
  • Work with a mentor on classwork
  • Attend a club event
  • Meet ride at the clock tower to go home
